Whether you need a different size or a different style, our team is committed to getting you back on the pitch as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initialize Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the rugby gear you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unplayed condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
